The O stands for “old” i.e. the most ancient in the human race. Woth ‘O’ Type we have some excellent traits like leadership, energy and concentrate. But when burdened, type O can become hyperactive, angry or impulsive. Since it is one of the oldest of the human race, it needs a different diet. Type O needs a certain diet which can be summed up in the following way:
1. Proteins: a great consumption of protein is needed. The stress filled job is the more proteins you must consume. But when stressed, type O can become hyperactive, angry or energetic. Since it is one of the oldest of the human race, it demands a different diet. Mutton, beef, venison, cod, herring and mackerel are very essential. But some things like bacon, barracuda, ham, goose, pork and caviar should be prevented.
2. Dairy: in dairy items only Feta, farmer, butter, and mozzarella and soy milk must be taken.
3. Fats: type O deals well with fats. You can take flaxseed oil, Olive oil, and canola and sesame oil but avoid peanut oil, Corn oil and safflower oil.
4. Nuts: these should not be taken in excessive amounts if you are overweight. Except from Peanut, cashew, Brazil, pistachio and poppy seeds all other seeds are fine.
5. Beans: all other pinto beans are fine but navy, kidney; copper, green and red beans should be avoided at all costs.
6. Grains: O diet should not include whole wheat grains.
7. Fruits: Type O should eat more alkaline fruits to balance the high acidic content of their stomachs. Avoid citric or acidic fruits.
8. Avoid ketchups, mayonnaise, pickles and relish.
9. Avoid beer, coffee, distilled liquor and black tea.
