Pre-wedding dos and don’ts


It is important that you present yourself in you best. Make sure that you don’t commit any blunder just before the day.

DON’T
• Don’t schedule your bachelor party the night, you don’t want a hangover on your wedding day.
• Just before a day don’t have any alcohol.limited yourself to a glass of wine or champange. Instead, drink plenty of water it will make make you feel and look good for your wedding day.
• Don’t eat spicy food or rich, heavy delegate. They may give you indigestion.
• Don’t try to everything yourself. Delegate responsibilities to your fiance, your parents and member of your wedding party.
• Don’t get involved in other activities just the day before your wedding.
• Don’t over do it! The day before the wedding is not the time to begin packing for the honeymoon.

DOs
• Do spend some time alone to meditate or visualize your wedding day.
• Do eat, don’t just nibble. Eat well; you’ll need plenty of energy for the day ahead.
• Do try to spend some time with each of your guests at home before the wedding, for a change for sometime.
• Do something you enjoy that relaxes you, such as reading a book or listing to soothing music.
• Do go to sleep early and sleep well. This may be difficult with all of the excitement, but it will help to look fresh on the day.
• Do schedule De-stressor for yourself whether it’s massage, facial, manicure, etc.
