Marriage is one of the most important sacred institution in Indian society. Marriage is basically an interpersonal relationship between a man and a woman, with social, religious and legal recognition.
Inter caste and religious marriages are still not acceptable in most places in India. It is fact that it hurts the feelings of orthodox people and people who blindly follow caste system. God have given equal things to human like blood, body, feeling and only intelligence, thinking beliefs change from person to person. According to history, Hinduism is old one and is most popular one know when mankind came into existence. Other religious caste are developed gradually and most by some man who took birth on the earth.. So believing is the main thing here as all castes are founded considering the fact that some power exist which we call God.
However inter caste or religious marriages are making society to separated more than combine and stay as one. Religious marriages are conducted by following a number of customs and rituals. Surprisingly for Christians, Muslims, Persis, Jews, and Baha’i followers, a marriage certificate issued by the religious authority is considered a legal proof of marriage. Therefore, no certificate is required from the Marriage Registrar. But despite of known as most religious country the main religious people in India which belong to major religions like Hindus, Janis, Sikhs and Buddhists need to obtain a formal marriage certificate from the Registrar.
